In the community, Nike has partnered with organizations, including The Cleveland Public Library and the YWCA, to create the IGNITE Ladies Book Club.
This is a monthly gathering for women to connect and reflect on themes to create more wealth, power and influence in their lives. Nike serves as an advocate and mentor for women and marginalized groups. She is a committee member and presenter for the Black Diamonds Women’s Conference (Cuyahoga Community College) and serves on the board of The Fashion Talks Foundation. A Northeast Ohio native, Niké graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising and a Masters of Business Administration.
